DELIVERY

We aim to keep our prices as low as possible including delivery; our pricing structure for delivery is as follows:

Orders under £100 - £2.50 Orders over £100 - free - all orders are sent by recorded delivery.
Simply fill in the order form and we will then invoice you via paypal.  Payment can either be made via paypal or via cheque, cheques should be made payable to E Wilson. On receipt of your order we will email you with a sample print of your order.  If this is correct you need to email us back confirming all details are correct and at this point we will invoice you via paypal.  Payment can either be made via paypal or via cheque, cheques should be made payable to E Wilson and sent to:

Please note that once we receive payment for the ribbon we accept this as confirmation that the print details are correct and as such no returns will be accepted due to the personalisation service we offer. We will ship overseas please contact us at info@personalised-ribbon-factory.co.uk to obtain a full quote. We will then invoice you via paypal.
